The urgency of a Disabled Submarine (DISSUB) requires precise execution of asset mobilization, perfect personnel collaboration and absolute safety with efficiency – all at a global level. Magpie Enterprises Inc. has decades of experience in providing this critical service to the U.S. Navy, NATO Nations and other world-wide partners. Our company and dedicated staff offer the technical expertise to operate, maintain, and train personnel on the various systems critical to submarine rescue. In synchronicity with other sub-sea entities, Magpie’s extraordinary versatility was exhibited over the past 20 years in international submarine rescue exercises such as Bold Monarch, Pacific Reach, Dynamic Monarch, CHILEMAR and INDIAEX as well as coordination and control of the US Navy submarine rescue system’s transport and mobilization in support of the Argentinian submarine SUBMISS response in 2017.

Our latest partnership with Submergence Group/M-Subs has resulted in the development of an exciting new cost-effective rescue submersible which can be readily adapted to meet all requirements for an improved and sustainable rescue platform for the next 40 years.

Magpie’s senior leadership work in direct unison with the US Navy and NATO Leadership as well as NAVSEA to provide management, programmatic support and rescue training and services world-wide to all NATO forces. We share responsibility as a voting member in all critical working groups which affect the safety and rescue procedures for submariners across the globe.
Submarine Rescue Diving Recompression System SRDRS

SRDRS (Legacy System)

The Submarine Rescue Diving Recompression System (SRDRS) is a remotely operated rescue asset for the United States Navy. The system is capable of rapidly deploying to a designated location, embarking on a vessel of opportunity, conducting surveys of the DISSUB, conducting intervention and crew rescue down to 2000 feet at 6 atmospheres pressure.

In conjunction with Phoenix International and U.S. Navy personnel, Magpie Enterprises Inc. was a vital part in the execution of end-to-end rescue operation, logistical mobilization and equipment/personnel readiness for over 15 years. We continue to retain critical corporate knowledge on this legacy system.The system includes: an Atmospheric Dive System (ADS2000), the tethered and remotely-operated Pressurized Rescue Module (PRM), its launch and recovery system, Submarine Decompression System (SDS) and various support equipment.
